Printing Shipping Cost

We ship with UPS/FEDEX and the US Postal Service. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If you want to see how much an item will cost for shipping, simply add it to your shopping cart. At the shopping cart page, there is an option to estimate the shipping costs. If you find any errors in getting a shipping cost or having difficulties completing the checkout process, please contact our customer service. One potential cause of this may be large prints that FedEx/UPS or USPS can not handle with their normal services. We can help you process these orders manually and arrange for the shipping.

For international shipping orders, you or your customer would be responsible for all tariffs and duties that need to be paid. Please make sure to include your name and phone number, or your customer's name and phone number in case Customs needs to get in touch with you for clearance.


Our prints are carefully packaged to ensure there will be no damage during shipment.

Stretched canvas prints are shrink wrapped, and then followed by foam, or bubble wrap. It is then sealed in a corrugated box and shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS. For large volume orders, pallet shipping via truck may be used. Rolled canvas prints are mailed inside a kraft tube.

We protect our fine art paper prints by placing them into a clear plastic bag before shipping. After being bagged, art prints up to 9x12" are mailed inside cardboard stay-flat envelopes. Prints larger than this are mailed inside kraft mailing tubes.

Drop shipping services

We offer drop shipping service to your customers. There is no additional fee for this. Our drop-shipped orders are shipped with none of our branding on the packaging. The shipping label will have your return address (or address of your choice). Additionally, if you send us your marketing materials (brochures, business cards, etc), we will send those out along with your products.

Production and Shipping

Standard production time for canvases and fine art paper prints are 3 Business Days. Standard production time for Metal prints are 5 business days.

If an order requires digital proofs, the preview images will be emailed within one business day. For orders requiring approval before production, the production days are counted AFTER approval is given.

If approval is given before 11 AM (PST), that day is counted as a production day. Approvals given after 11 AM (PST) will have production days counted starting the next business day. Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Federal Holidays do not count as production / business days. Shipping time is 2-5 Business Days with FedEx/UPS/USPS Ground/Home. The total time for the product to get to its destination is around 5-8 Business Days if no digital proofs are required.

Next Day Production and Expedited Shipping services are available at an additional cost. For Next Day Production, orders submitted by 11AM (PST) will be produced and shipped the following business day. If Next Day Production orders are submitted after 11AM (PST), orders will be shipped out within 2 Business Days. Please note that expedited production time does not include expedited shipping service. Please make sure to select the correct shipping method. Expedited Shipping costs may vary depending on the location and the size of the packages.
